I believe in everyone's lifetime we choose a trail to ride on where we can learn many lessons. Right now I am riding on a journey with a woman whom I feel truly embodies the strength, character and heart of a true cowgirl.
She has taught and given me friendship, kindness, strength, courage, wisdom, laughter, criticism, and praise. She is beautiful, classic, charming, witty, honest, trustworthy and "GRACEFUL".

I think it's a true gift to be a teacher (I guess I'd know that, eh, hee hee!) and to find a teacher that can inspire you and grow your confidence, and help you grow to love riding....well, you are truly lucky! I hope to meet her someday!

Phyllis must be a "zen" teacher! it's all about the horse 1st and you 2nd. You will be a better horsewoman because of her insight!
