Freedom

There's a whisper on the night wind, there's a star agleam to guide us, and the WILD is calling, calling "let us go"

Have you ever pictured your horse out in the wild? Where would their journey take them? Is he that fearless stallion of the herd leading his band of horses threw the hills and plains to greener pastures? Is she a mare who nurtures her foal with tenderness and has keen instincts? Do they have a soul mate?
I think that Albert would be a follower. I think that he
would take all of the fillies and colts under his wing because of his gentleness and kindness. They would trust him to show friendship and affection and be a great playful companion.

Tell me what your horse would be out in the wild!

You took me to adventure and to love. We two have shared great joy, and now I stand at the gate of the paddock watching you run in an ecstasy of freedom, knowing
you will return to stand quietly, loyally beside me.

ON THE RIDE WE CAN LEARN LIFE'S LESSONS IF WE WILL. IN "GRACE" AND STRENGTH IN SPITE OF STORMS.

I believe in everyone's lifetime we choose a trail to ride on where we can learn many lessons. Right now I am riding on a journey with a woman whom I feel truly embodies the strength, character and heart of a true cowgirl.

She has taught and given me friendship, kindness, strength, courage, wisdom, laughter, criticism, and praise. She is beautiful, classic, charming, witty, honest, trustworthy and "GRACEFUL".

"YES DEAR"

You are truly an amazing woman

"GRACE" MULTIPLIES IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU SHARE IT WITH OTHERS

Girlie Skulls

Let's skull shopping girls!!!

My daughter and I have been into going girlie skull shopping! We found these really cute pink skull overnight bags and both had to have one!

Of course, every cowgirl has to have a pair of skull comfy pants!

My daughter bought this rhinestone studded skull tee shirt!

Of course I had to have this purse when I saw it!

I totally love these pink skull cowgirl boots and am going to have to start saving my pennies!

Who wouldn't want a Scully skull shirt?

What equine doesn't need a skull cap to call there own!

Have a skully good night!!!

My Journey As A Cowgirl

THE WIND OF HEAVEN IS THAT WHICH BLOWS BETWEEN A HORSE'S EARS

Arabian Proverb

Here I am, a little more than half a century old (well actually more on the upside!) and have started my journey as a cowgirl. Am I crazy? Call me crazy, I'm loving every minute of it. Every feeling of doubt, fear, and sense of accomplishment. My goodness, with each little thing that I do I ask myself- was that right? Is this right? Why am I doing this? Then I go to bed at night and everything comes together perfectly. The man of my life comes into my dreams!( Now I'm sure my cowboy is thinking that this is him!)
"Albert" The little dappled gray Arabian Western Pleasure horse that I have been so blessed to be able to lease.
We lope through the fields and wide open spaces in perfect harmony. The breeze blowing in my hair. Our souls are one! But then I wake up and the nightmare begins!
I have a lot of work to do. My Albert is a very kind and gentle soul and has a lot of patience with me. He knows that he has so much that he can teach me. So my little Prince Albert, I am finding myself totally enthralled by you! I can see in my dreams the hope of learning to" DANCE" with you!

The horse, with beauty unsurpassed, immeasurable stre
ngth and "GRACE" unlike any other, still remains humble enough to carry a man upon his back.
