First Pony Cousins trip to Palm Springs..

Here's a toast to all my beautiful

Cousins and  to keeping  the

chapters of our book  always in our hearts...

You are all my favorite!!

Trail Clearing

                                                                                                 

We had snow, freezing rain, and wind

a couple of weeks ago. Cowboy T and I

decided to saddle up the horses  last

weekend and go check out the trails...

Of course he had already been out

and said that they were a mess...

Did I believe him... 

Doesn't a cowboy always tell the truth??

YUP...

This is what awaited us....

I was not to happy to see this...

Our beautiful trails...

We already had a plan in motion

before we even got out there..

We are really fortunate that we

have miles and miles of beautiful

trails to ride  right at our doorstep...

We tied the horses up.
Ivy stands just like the perfect little lady...

You can see Cowboy T 's saw

leaning against the tree...

King of course gets bored..

You can see where he has been pawing...

We would clear a good sized

section of the trail and then move

the horses up...

Cowboy T did the bigger stuff..

I picked up the smaller...

Can anyone tell what

kind of  animal print this is...

Had a couple of video's of Cowboy T

working but could not get them uploaded. 

Have tried for two days...
Maybe later I will take new ones 

when we set up camp!!!

Mini Pony Cousins Weekend...

I had a very special weekend

with my Cousin E....

I was treated like royalty...

Spaghetti feed...

A couple sips of cowgirl courage...

Watching Old Yeller...

Watching Clint...

Omelets with homemade applesauce...

But most of all my beautiful cousin..

Thank you for the very special

weekend that I got to have you all

to myself and not share you with

any of those other bandits that we call

"OUR PONY COUSINS"

Making a drastic change....

And maybe if I am a good girl....

Santa will bring me these....
